Put the daily grind aside for a few days and rejuvenate yourself instead of Instagram with this Yoga weekend break.

When you live in a fast-paced and busy city like Delhi or Mumbai, the quick pace of life can leave you feeling fatigued. Taking a break from a busy schedule (and the long hour drives in traffic) to concentrate on prosperity has never been important, or more in vogue. Do we even understand the meaning of ‘prosperity’? For a few, it’s yoga or staying away from gadgets; for other people, it’s returning back to nature or meditating the worries away. Whatever is your intention, going on a Yoga break is an incredible way to rejuvenate and kickstart a new habit.

EcoYoga, India

The Daily Programme

Sanjay will offer two yoga classes each day. The morning class will gently open the body and attune the mind to the breath and slowly move and build into a deeper exploration of the poses. The group will meet again in the evening for a more relaxing and restorative practice. The classes are suitable for all levels and yoga experience.

In the day you will have enough time to explore and take in the stunning beauty of the surroundings, walk to the river through the forest or enjoy reading books in the library lounge with a cup of coffee or simply move out to explore Manali. We will meet again in the late afternoon for a more gentle and restorative practice.

Things to do
